Sector: Toura
The [looker's] lefthand one of two chairlifts serving the
Snowpark, giving the best access to the
Boarder/SkierCross & FreeCross courses; also providing uplift for advanced riders heading towards the off-piste routes down towards the village of St-Christophe in the Vénéon Valley.
The lift travels directly above the
FreeCross course, and gives good orientating views over the main
Snowpark to the looker's right.
On Arrival: at the upper terminal, dismount straight ahead to clear the counterweight pylon area; there are good directional signs ahead, and a panoramic picnic spot beyond.
Turn to the looker's left for the flat traverse to the start of the
Grand Creux piste; or, U-turn to the looker's right to begin the
Goulet du Lac Noir run; the entrances to the
Boarder/SkierCross & FreeCross courses are just beyond the entrance for the
Goulet du Lac Noir, and riding out wide to the skier's left of these will take you over to the
Toura piste running through the centre of the
Snowpark.
