LA MOLIÈRE (£+)

Sector:  Pied Moutet (Vallée Blanche)
Quite remote from the main ski area, way out in the woods near the isolated hamlet of Les Travers, past the old [decommissioned] Bons chairlift, and reached via a mostly flat cross-country ski & snowshoeing track.

Very tranquil surroundings, with views down the Romanche Valley towards the capital of the Oisans district: le Bourg-d'Oisans.

Very basic food selection, centred on a daily special & snacks; limited bar service.

Limited opening hours, and really only viable for cross-country skiers & walkers.
