Sector: Toura
The [looker's] righthand one of two chairlifts serving the
Snowpark, giving the best access to the big-air jumps, the halfpipe, and the rails/boxes zone; also providing uplift for advanced riders heading towards the off-piste routes down towards the village of St-Christophe in the Vénéon Valley.
Although this isn't a fast [detachable] chairlift it does have a conveyor-belt platform at the get-on point, which eases mounting and allows the lift to be run at its top speed.
The journey up gives a bird's-eye view of the main
Snowpark to the looker's right, and the
Boarder/SkierCross & FreeCross courses to the looker's left.
On Arrival: the dismount area at the top of the Toura ridge is flat & wide, with great views into the Vénéon Valley beyond: U-turn to the right on dismount to start the wide
Toura piste, descending parallel to the skier's left of this lift; you can then traverse over to the skier's left for a good run-in to the main snowpark modules.
