Sector: Pied Moutet (Vallée Blanche)
A plain but attractive wood-built cabin in a commanding position at the highest point on the
Pied Moutet ridge, close to the upper terminals of the
Super Venosc (21) &
Pied Moutet (20) chairlifts.
The compact south-facing tiered terraces overlook the Vénéon Valley directly towards the peaks of the Aiguille de Venosc & La Muzelle, and have sweeping views across Les Deux Alpes towards the core ski area.
The lower terrace level has deckchairs; the upper level has wooden bench-style seating & tables for diners.
The cosy wood-clad interior has a small bar & dining saloon. The food selection is basic but adequate: focused on a range of crêpes & tagliatelles; plus grilled steaks, salads, and sausages & chips.
A very pleasant, unpretentious venue.
