APRÈS SKI  IN THE ORDINO VALLEY

As the Sun goes Down
The Ordino Valley is one of the least touristy regions of Andorra, with no actual ‘resort’ as such; the only sizeable village being the parish capital itself.

After the ski station at Arcalís closes at the end of each day, all visitors depart for the quiet valley villages or to return to the mainstream resorts in the Principality's other parishes. Of course, many visitors regard this as one of the prime attractions of this region, and choose to stay in the Ordino Valley for this very reason.

If your idea of après-ski heaven is relaxing in small family-run hotel lounges and dining-out in authentic rural restaurants, where you have to make an effort to converse in the local language, then the Ordino Valley will not disappoint you.

Actively Unwinding
For those who prefer a less sedentary approach to unwinding, there is a bright and modern multi-sports centre located in the parish capital, Ordino.
Facilities include an indoor swimming pool (with children's pool), spa with whirlpool and hamman, gymnasium, aerobics and spinning classes, an exterior climbing wall, a squash court and a four-lane ten-pin bowling alley.
