CAFÉS, BARS & RESTAURANTS

Nightlife
This region offers no organised nightlife as such;
a few bars in Ordino provide the only notable focus for impromptu late-night liveliness.
Our listings cover the most popular local venues.

There are a handful of local bars in the hamlets dotted along the Ordino Valley,
as well as some more serious restaurants in and around Ordino town. Most bars also double as cafés, usually offering some form of snack-food menu too.

Village café-bars are open from early morning until late in the evening.
Village restaurants are open 19:00hrs–midnight; only a few are open at lunchtime.

Vertical Limits
Laid-back café-bar in the centre of Ordino. Used as a meeting point by local mountain guides, and houses a small library of mountain-lore/sports literature.
Offers a decent range of pastries and a very reasonably priced lunch menu, plus snacks and crêpes served until around 23:00 hrs. Occasional live music.
Xaloc
Tucked under the Vertical Limits café-bar, down a little side alley in the centre of Ordino. It is the town's only regular late-night venue, but it is still basically just a local music-bar. Mostly DJs, but with occasional live music too.
