Starts next to the arrival point of the
4-seater La Serra II chairlift at
Pla de la Cot. The top section is quite flat as it leaves this plateau, heading under the line of the chairlift as a very gentle blue cruise along the wide ridge.
After the first 100 m (109 yd), the much steeper
El Besurt run begins by dropping off to the skier's left;
El Besurt II continues gently on along the ridge, eventually also sweeping down to the skier's left, crossing the
Transversal trail, towards the get-on points for the detachable La Serra II and fixed La Carbonera chairlifts.
After the very pedestrian start, the second half of the run develops into a good blue run, sometimes even mildly red in profile; ideal for progressing novices.
