Sector: Arinsal
Actually comprised of two parallel pistes, forming a longer and steeper section of the
beginners' zone, surrounding the
Refugi bar/restaurant.
El Cortal chairlift serves this slope, although your instructor will keep you on the gentlest lower section of the hill on foot to start. The top of the slope, accessed using the chairlift, has a profile more like a blue run, particularly if you dismount to the right on arrival, but gradually becomes gentle green in character as it runs behind and below the Refugi towards the get-on point for El Cortal chairlift.
The bottom of this slope also provides a seamless link on to
Les Marrades piste for the home run to Arinsal's Cota 1550 suburb.
