Sector: Pal
Departing from the roadside Els Fontanals level at the foot of all pistes on the face of Pic del Cubil (Pal's highest lift-accessible peak) this new [2007] fast 6-pack is this sector's principal lift and is crucial for the link towards the Coll de la Botella for the
Pal-Arinsal cable car.
The Pic del Cubil slopes are Pal's best cruising reds, and are home to the ‘Bumps Area’ mogul field on the
Coms piste. The summit of the mountain also offers a superb 360-degree panorama over almost the entire sector and much of Andorra's peaks and borders beyond.
On Arrival: at the top, dismount to the left for
La Serra piste; or, dismount to the right for the
Cubil & Coms pistes or the
Tossa piste, the latter providing the link towards the Coll de la Botella.
