Sector: Pal (Setúria)
A fairly short, quick lift with a respectable vertical rise; serving all the pistes around the Coll de la Botella area, although not providing a link with the main Pal sector.
It departs from the bottom of the
Coll de la Botella and
Font Roja runs, at the lowest piste-accessible point in this sector. The journey up is over the birdsong-filled woods of this peaceful valley, with views over the pistes and the
snowmobile and
mushing circuits: the Coll de la Botella area's
Far West bar/restaurant and the
Pal-Arinsal cable car are furthest to the looker's left; to the looker's right the views are over the Setúria Valley and up to the Spanish border.
On Arrival: &160;at the top, dismount to the left: U-turn immediately to the skier's left to begin the
Posalletes (for the Slalom Stadium and Carving Area) or to access the
Font Roja; otherwise, simply traverse straight over to join the
Coll de la Botella.
