TOSSAL DE LA LLOSADA

Sector:  El Tarter
This is the highest point in the Soldeu-El Tarter ski area, commanding a truly breathtaking vantage point offering 360-degree views over most of Andorra, all the way to the Spanish frontier [and beyond] to the south & west.

There is a large panoramic display near the summit, identifying the major peaks on the horizon. There is also a handy little café cabin, plus a tool point and WCs.

Llosada Cliffs & Couloirs

You get a good close-up view of these seriously steep chutes as you ride up on the Llosada chairlift. To access this extreme freeride terrain, follow the top section of the Guineu piste from the summit in the direction of the big communications mast. Head off-piste beyond the fence to the skier's right of this piste, and keep to the skier's left of the mast as you approach it, to stay safely away from the edge of the cliffs (unless you're up for them, of course!).

Continue on past the mast for about 70 m (77 yd), in order to access the most rideable couloirs falling away ahead and to the skier's right; dropping out to join the Llop piste below.
