Downloading You can download TXTguides from this website via your PC, or download them Over-The-Air (OTA) directly to your mobile; they can also be shared via email, infrared and Bluetooth. It doesn’t matter what network you’re on, although not all networks permit OTA downloads or file swapping using infrared/Bluetooth (please check with your network provider first).
IMPORTANT: TXTguides files are encrypted and only work on mobile phones You can download them via a PC, but they cannot be read on a PC screen.
Saving/Installing During the download procedure, your phone will prompt you to save your chosen TXTguides file in one of your phone’s folders: your Games or Applications folders are best.
When receiving TXTguides via infrared/Bluetooth, or when transferring them from your PC via USB cable, only the ‘Others’ or ‘Downloads’ folders may be available; these are fine, you can install the files to your Games or Applications folder afterwards.
Once saved, simply click on the file to install/open it.
HOW TO READ THEM
Opening TXTguides Once saved to your mobile, you can open and read your library of TXTguides as often as you like, FREE-OF-CHARGE and with no network signal required to access them.
When you click on a TXTguides title, the book opens to its ‘Cover’ page: this includes instructions on how to begin. TXTguides are designed to be navigated via the Menu (Options) function on your phone’s softkeys, then by using your scroll buttons and/or keypad to select chapters and open the individual pages. Each page is just 2 clicks from the Main Menu.
